Yes. When applicable, your first month's rent is prorated based on your move-in date. Your initial payment may also include the upcoming billing cycle.

Please schedule your move-out through your online account at least 10 days before your next billing date. Your unit must be completely emptied and left clean at move-out.
For everyone's safety, hazardous or flammable materials, explosives, illegal items, perishable goods, and other prohibited property may not be stored. Please refer to your Rental Agreement for the complete list of restrictions.
Past-due accounts may be subject to late fees and suspension of facility access in accordance with your Rental Agreement. Once the required past-due balance is paid, eligible gate access can be restored.
No. Our units are traditional, non-climate-controlled storage units. Please consider temperature and humidity when deciding how to pack and protect your belongings.
The facility uses video surveillance as an added security measure. Tenants are still responsible for properly locking their units and maintaining appropriate coverage for their stored property.
